New Development Bank 新发展银行

The New Development Bank, to be headquartered in Shanghai, will have an initial authorized¹ capital of 100 billion US dollars, and its initial subscribed² capital of 50 billion dollars will be equally shared among founding members, according to the Fortaleza Declaration.

 

《福塔雷萨宣言》指出，总部设在上海的新发展银行初期注册资本将达到1000亿美元，而初期的500亿美元认缴资本将由5个创始成员国平均分摊。

 

此次成立金砖国家新发展银行（New Development Bank，NDB）并设立应急储备基金（contingent reserve arrangement，CRA）是2013年《德班宣言》中相关协议的“落地”。“新发展银行”将为金砖国家和其他发展中国家的基建和可持续发展提供资源支持（financing infrastructure³ projects and sustainable development）；应急储备基金则用以防范各国短期资金流动压力（forestall short-term liquidity⁴ pressures），加强全球金融稳定（strengthen global financial stability），并对现有的国际应急机制形成补充（complement existing international arrangements）。

 

上文中提高的authorized capital指公司在注册时上报的资金总额，即“注册资本”，subscribed capital则是注册资本中已经由持股人认缴的资金，即“认缴资本”。
