The New Global Context 全球新局势

This year's World Economic Forum¹ (WEF), scheduled for Jan. 21-24 at Davos in Switzerland, will explore solutions to major global challenges under the theme "The New Global Context".

 

今年的世界经济论坛年会定于1月21日至24日在瑞士达沃斯举行，将围绕主题“全球新局势”探讨重大全球性挑战的解决方案。

 

今年的世界经济论坛（World Economic Forum /WEF）年会主题“全球新局势”可以用 The New Global Context表示，政治、经济、社会、科技变化（political, economic, social and technological² transformations³）改变着我们看待未来的方式。气候变化（climate change），政治动荡（political instability），全球性流行疾病（pandemics），科技（technology），量化宽松政策（quantitative easing），收入不平等（income inequality），油价下跌（the tumble in the oil price）将成为关键议题。

 

此次达沃斯论坛（Davos Forum）与会人数创新高，来自140个国家的近2500 名代表将与会。达沃斯论坛的官方微信号专门提及将有“超过80位中国人”（participation of over 80 Chinese）与会，李克强总理将在本次达沃斯年会上传递三方面重要信息：包括对国际局势（international situation）、世界经济形势（global economy）以及问题解决之道的看法，介绍中国经济形势，以及阐释中方全面深化改革开放的政策。
