Chinanews, Changchun, February 9 – Many fashionable1 women in Changchun enjoy aquatic2 exercises, which are dances performed in waist-deep water to musical accompaniment.

 

Liu is an office lady in Changchun, and she is worried about her “unhealthy lifestyle” of sitting in front of the computer screen all day. Besides, she also wants to be slimmer. “Aquatic exercises are just what I want. It is a good, easy and safe sport,” said Liu. Nowadays, she goes to the swimming pool twice every week, to spend 40 minutes there each time, doing aquatic exercises.
