climatarian 气候素食

Climatarian means choosing to eat a diet that has minimal¹ impact on the climate, i.e. one that excludes food transported a long way or meat whose production gives rise to CO2 emissions².

气候素食（climatarian）指选择一种对气候影响最小的饮食习惯，比如，不吃那些长途运输的食物，不吃那些会增加二氧化碳排放的肉食，等等。

Climate change is not normally on people's minds when they choose what to have for lunch, but a new diet is calling for people to go 'Climatarian' for their health and for the planet.

人们选择午饭吃什么的时候通常不会考虑气候变化的问题，不过，有个新的饮食习惯正在号召人们为了自身健康和地球的未来加入“气候素食”。
