玛氏公司宣布全球召回巧克力棒等产品

 

The move comes after a customer found a red piece of plastic in a Snickers bar bought on January 8 in Germany.

 

The recall affected² all Mars, Snickers and Milky³ Way bars, among others.

 

All of the recalled products, according to a Mars spokeswoman, were manufactured at a Dutch factory in Veghel.

 

Mars in France was also recalling some products due to the incident.

 

Emmanuella, a consumer in Paris, said she trusts organic brands more, but believes this kind of event could affect any company.

 

"I eat mainly organic products because I think it's better for my health, it has more stringent⁴ checks, there is less sugar and the products taste better. But I admit that I totally trust brands like Mars, I think the same kind of thing can happen to an organic brand."
