A total of 91 people went missing after a landslide1 buried 33 buildings in an industrial park in Shenzhen city of South China's Guangdong province on Sunday, according to local authorities.

据初步断定，此次山体滑坡并不是自然原因（natural causes）造成的，而是因为近两年附近施工挖土、在山体上堆积的大量渣土（accumulation of huge pile of soil）。人工堆土垮塌的地点属于淤泥渣土受纳场（a dump site），主要堆放渣土和建筑垃圾（soil and construction wastes），由于堆积量大、堆积坡度过陡，导致失稳垮塌，造成多栋楼房倒塌（the collapse2 of the building）。
