Chinese top legislature approved the nation's first law against domestic violence on Sunday.

12月27日，全国人大常委会通过了我国首部反家暴法。

 

反家暴法（law against domestic violence），是中国第一部反对家庭暴力的法规，该法将于2016年3月1日起施行。

 

家庭暴力的范畴首次以法律形式明确，“家庭成员之间以殴打、捆绑、残害、限制人身自由以及经常性谩骂、恐吓等方式实施的身体、精神等侵害行为”（physical, psychological and other harm inflicted¹ by family members with beatings, restraint or forcible limits on physical liberty, recurring² invectives and verbal threats listed as examples）均属家庭暴力。
