registration-based IPO system 股票发行注册制

China will launch a registration-based initial public offering (IPO) system in March next year, boosting the role of the country's stock market to provide necessary financing for companies amid a slowing economy.

我国将于明年3月起实施股票发行注册制，以此促进股市在经济放缓的环境下，为企业提供所需资金的作用。

 

全国人大常委会（he NPC Standing¹ Committee）27日表决通过股票发行注册制改革相关授权决定。

 

证监会（the China Securities Regulatory Commission）表示，股票发行注册制政策的通过不仅标志着我国资本市场的重大发展（significant development），也是通过市场决定资源分配（allocation of resources）的重要措施（important measure）。
