post-holiday blues/syndrome 节后综合征

春节假期已经结束，上班族们陆续返回工作岗位。长假过后，坐在办公桌前，你是否感到心情烦躁、头晕、疲倦，无心工作？网友将这一现象称为“节后综合征”，英文可翻译为“post-holiday blues/syndrome¹”，专指许多人在假期结束、生活回归正轨后（return to a normal routine after the holidays），所感受到的烦躁、疲倦和时而的忧郁（the irritability², tiredness and sometimes sadness）。

 

 

那些以为自己身强力壮，足以应付睡眠不足以及无休止的社交活动的年轻人反而更易患上节后综合征。

Young people who think they are strong enough to handle the lack of sleep and non-stop social activities are more likely to suffer from post-holiday syndrome.
