Falsify：篡改，作假

2004年11月21日，乌克兰总统选举展开第二轮投票，现任总理亚努科维奇和“我们的乌克兰”政党联盟领导人尤先科的“命运”交到了选民手中，约有4000名外国观察员对第二轮投票进行了监督。乌克兰选举委员会22日宣布，乌克兰总统选举计票已达98.24%，亚努科维奇获得49.58%的选票，领先反对派候选人尤先科3个百分点。

　　结果公布后，尤先科当即表示：“我们毫无疑问赢得了这场选举，我们必须捍卫这个胜利。乌克兰已经发生了政变……政府在选举中全面舞弊，我不会信任中央选举委员会。”尤先科还号召他的支持者走上街头举行和平示威。
