正规的商务合同应该包含的各项条款

我们常见的书面文本有四种：Contract（合同）, Confirmation1（确议书）, Agreement（协议）和Memorandum（备忘录）。前两者多用与商业中，其条款要详细切正规。而备忘录多用与团体和政府部门。

　　合同要有正本（Original）和副本（Copy）。通常采用的格式是三部分：首部（Head），主体（Body）和尾部（End）。下面我们就列出一份通常采用的比较完整的合同条款：
