Chinanews, Guangzhou, May 10 – According to New Express, people working in Guangzhou’s matchmaking agencies revealed that more and more remarried old people in Guangzhou sue for divorce after a short period of remarriage.

 

In March 2006, Ms. Liu, a retired1 teacher, met with Mr. Lin, a retired doctor. They decided2 to get married and wished to live together for the rest of their life. Liu’s daughter was worried her mother’s remarriage, would enable the children of her adoptive father in future to partake Liu’s inheritance. While Lin’s children also worried about the same thing.

 

As the old couple’s life made their children upset and confront each other, they have no other choice but divorce.

 

Matchmaking agencies also revealed that remarried old people in many cases end in divorce, because of their children’s often causing trouble to them.
