Chinanews, Guangzhou, May 25 - According to the physical check report by Guangdong People's Hospital, 34% of the gold collars in their 40s and 50s suffer from severely1 decreasing bone density2. It is said that their bones are ten years older than their age, which is a great shock to the doctors of the hospital.

 

The report was based on the result of a comprehensive physical check for several presidents and CEOs of enterprises, most of whom have a well balanced diet with enough dosage of protein and calcium3. "Most of them drink too much alcohol in business feasts, and too much coffee to ease the pressures of their work, both of which can cause calcium loss. Besides, they seldom take exercise, which also has accelerated the aging of their bones, " analyzed4 one doctor.
