Chinanews, Shijiazhuang, May 26 – A German student married a Chinese girl on Thursday, following by traditional Chinese custom.

 

The bridegroom is Smith, and the bride is Guo Haiying from Xingtai, Hebei Province. They both graduated from the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg, Smith being a master degree holder1 and Guo still studying for doctorate2 degree in computer aided design in Germany.

 

“I want Smith and his folks to get some knowledge of Chinese culture. After all, we are two different cultures, “said Guo.
