Chinanews, Guangzhou, November 21 – Some authenticated1 statistics show that over 90% of Chinese urban women suffer from early aging, and about 80% fall victim of fatigue2. It is time to lift the dual3 pressures of work and family off their minds.

 

Early aging can affect both body and mind. It will cause early sight and memory decline, and loss of focus. It will also affect immunity4. Not to mention the marks on one's appearance like wrinkles and gray hair.

 

Expert suggest that women take some food that might help fight against aging, like radish, mushroom, sesame, fish, etc.
