Chinanews, Beijing, November 27 - According to the White Book on the Development of t Chinese Food & Beverage1 Industry 2006 by China Cooking Association, food and beverage industry in China will hit the 1-trillion-yuan mark in retail2 sales before the end of 2006, and it can be estimated that the industry's annual retail sales value will hit 2 trillion yuan by 2010.

 

With a rapid and stable growth, Chinese food and beverage industry has never been more important to the country's economic development. It has boosted consumption in the domestic market, and offered job opportunities to millions of people.
