Chinanews, Hohhot, Sept. 21 – Zhang Jinhe, a man from Inner Mongolia, had a 13-cm tongue, and after receiving surgical1 operations, his huge tongue has now become normal.

 

Zhang was born in a remote village in Inner Mongolia. When he was 2, his tongue started to grow, till 8 cm of it protruded2 from the mouth. He couldn’t eat or drink as normal people, which drove him to depression.

 

After three operations, his tongue became small, and Zhang smiled when he met with reporters. He said he still couldn’t use his tongue properly for the time being.
