There will be Chinese tea and snacks served in the new coffee shop, which is the key difference between it and the Starbucks.

 

The Forbidden City Caféis decorated totally in the traditional Chinese style, and all the furniture in it also brims1 with Chinese flavor2.

 

“We require that all the shops and restaurants in the Forbidden City should be decorated in a similar style to the Café,” said Li Wenru, deputy3 curator of the Palace Museum.
