Chinanews, Beijing, September 25 – According to the statistics1 collected by the Ministry2 of Construction, the number of private cars in China has increased at an annual rate of 20%, much faster than the nation’s economic growth..

 

By the end of last June, there were 53.56 million autos in China, including 32.39 million private cars.

 

With more and more Chinese buying cars, they will surely depend less on the public transportation, particularly urbanites.
