Chinanews, Beijing, Nov. 18 – A recent poll shows that Chinese women living in cities give 86.9 points to their general life quality, indicating that city women are satisfied with their life.

 

The survey is published by the All-China Women's Federation1. It shows that urban women at the age of 35-60 take an active attitude towards life. They pay attention both to their mental and physical health. They dress fashionably and want to develop an elegant manner. They fulfill2 their responsibilities and they also enjoy the happiness in life.

 

As shown in the survey, the young and middle-aged3 women attach much importance to their economic independence and their decisive role in financial matters in the family. The attention they pay to these matters is rated 86.59 points. In addition, the attention rating to leisure matters reach 86.55 points and the attention they give to their health is rated 85.6 points. This shows that Chinese urban women pursue a high quality life and want to develop a high taste in cultural and recreational activities. They pay a lot of attention to their mental and physical health and their outer appearance.

 

The survey shows that more than half of the urban women think that clothes take up a very large proportion in their daily spending. When asked to rate their life quality, these women give 86.9 marks on average to their general life quality, which shows that most city women are satisfied with their current life.
