Chinanews, Wuhan, November 23 – Facial yoga refers to an exercise of making faces, which is said to be helpful to get rid of wrinkles and relieve oneself of one’s work pressure.

 

Miss Xie, the secretary of a foreign-invested enterprise in Wuhan, practices facial yoga every day in her office in front a mirror, and some of her colleagues never fail to be astonished to see her in the act. Xie learned facial yoga from a friend of hers in New York.

 

When doing facial yoga, one has to make exaggerated facial expressions. It doesn’t require special venues1 or equipment to practice facial yoga, thus it has become very popular among white collars in Wuhan.

 

Doctors say that it is yet to be confirmed whether facial yoga is helpful to control the aging of facial skin, but it is helpful for getting rid of pressures, no mistake
