Chinanews, Suzhou, Dec. 13 – Mr. Qian, a businessman who has lived and worked in U.S. for 20 years, has bought a house in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. He wants to spend the rest of his life there. Qian believes that as a technological1 center, Suzhou has a bright future.

 

A group of overseas Chinese from California recently came to Suzhou to buy apartments there. Local government in Suzhou has planned to build some more extravagant2 rest houses, in order to attract more overseas Chinese to live there.

 

In 2002, Suzhou started building villas3 for oversea Chinese, which have attracted large numbers of returned overseas Chinese.
