“全天候”怎么说

我们常常见到有很多全天候开放的餐馆或是其他服务场所，通常都会有醒目的"24 hours"标志，这就是"24小时营业"，和"全天候"的意思差不多。不过要形容"一天到晚，全天候，时时刻刻"该怎么说呢，我们来看下面的对话：
