随着春节的临近，一年一度的春运高峰已于上星期六开始。据统计，从1月14日到2月22日期间出行旅客人数最多时超过20亿人次，主要包括返乡的民工、学生以及外出的游客等。

Migrant 的原意是"移民、候鸟"，名词，现在多指在城市打工的"民工"。 migrant worker 可译为"民工、流动工人"，如：Migrant workers move from city to city in search of work.. 民工们为了找寻工作，从一个城市迁移到另一个城市。
