Do any of you remember the games you played as a child? Children nowadays don’t really know the meaning of real games apart from what is on their iPads, PlayStation and smart phones. Back then, playing games was a collective and outdoor activities rather than hunch1 over the TVs or computers. Let’s take a walk down memory lane of those games played in the good old times.

One acts as the eagle, one the hen and the rest the chickens. The game goes like this: the "hen" and the "chickens" stand in a line with the "hen" in the very front spreading both arms to protect the "chickens" and each one clasping the clothes tail of the one right in front of it. The "eagle" should seek every opportunity to catch the "chicken". If one "chicken" is caught, "it" should exchange the role with the "eagle".

The game is typically played by three players with a rope of about 5–6 feet in length that has been tied into a circle. Two of the participants face each other about 3 feet apart, with their feet together, and position the rope around their ankles so that it is taut2. The third player (the jumper) then stands between the two sides of the rope and must accomplish a specific series of moves without making an error or pausing.

Hopscotch is a popular playground game in which players toss a small object into numbered spaces of a pattern of rectangles outlined on the ground and then hop7 or jump through the spaces to retrieve9 the object.

The game starts with a string finely looped over the fingers. It is played in two versions joined by a single person or a group of two respectively. In the first version, a person would play with his own hands by intertwining, reeving or picking until a key overturn movement realizing a complete change, forming an intricate pattern between the fingers. In a game of two, the partners shall closely cooperate to vary the patterns successively to finally form an intricate pattern. However, if the cooperation is not good enough, the string may become entangled10 when transferred to the other's hands, and the game will have to stop by then.
