国务院近日印发《关于深入开展爱国卫生运动的意见》。《意见》要求总结推广新冠肺炎疫情防控中的有效经验做法，强化大数据应用，有效防控传染病和慢性病，提高全民健康水平，为实现健康中国目标奠定坚实基础。

China's State Council has issued a set of guidelines on carrying out the patriotic¹ public health campaign in a deep-going way. The document calls for efforts to summarize and publicize the country's successful experience in COVID-19 prevention and control, strengthen the application of big data, effectively prevent and control infectious and chronic² diseases, and improve people's health, so as to lay solid foundations for building a healthy China.

 

要完善重大疫情防控体制机制，健全公共卫生应急管理体系，深入开展爱国卫生运动。

Efforts should be made to improve both the mechanism³ for preventing and controlling major epidemics⁴ and the public health emergency response and management system, and to carry out extensive patriotic health campaigns.
