内地与香港债券市场互联互通“南向通”9月24日上线

为促进内地与香港债券市场共同发展，中国人民银行、香港金融管理局9月15日发布联合公告，
 
Southbound trading under the Bond Connect program between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong will be launched on Sept 24.
内地与香港债券市场互联互通（债券通）南向合作（简称“南向通”）将于2021年9月24日上线。
 
不久，符合中国人民银行要求的境内投资者就可以通过“南向通”，投资在境外发行、并在香港市场交易流通的债券（bonds issued offshore1 and tradable in the Hong Kong bond market）。
 
In the initial stage of the program, eligible2 investors3 will include a selected number of primary dealers4 for open market operations in the mainland as approved by the central bank, qualified5 domestic institutional investors and RMB qualified domestic institutional investors.
初期阶段，“南向通”的内地投资者暂定为中国人民银行批准的公开市场业务一级交易商中的一些选定机构。另外，合格境内机构投资者（QDII）和人民币合格境内机构投资者（RQDII）也可以通过“南向通”开展境外债券投资。
 
Investors will be subject to an annual quota6 of 500 billion yuan and a daily quota of 20 billion yuan.
“南向通”年度总额度为5000亿元等值人民币，每日额度为200亿元等值人民币。
