A mother and son were washing dishes while the father and daughter were watching TV in the den¹.

 

Suddenly, there was a crash of breaking dishes, then complete silence.

 

The girl looked at her father and said: "It was Mom."

 

"How do you know it?"

 

"She didn't say anything."

 

一位母亲和儿子在厨房洗碗，父亲和女儿在小客厅看电视。

 

突然，从厨房传来一声摔盘子声音，接着是鸦雀无声。

 

女儿看着父亲一眼说：“是妈妈摔的。”

 

“你怎么知道？”

 

“她一句话也没说呗。”
