“三八”国际劳动妇女节前夕，中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平向全国各族各界妇女致以节日的祝贺和美好的祝福。习近平强调，我国广大妇女积极投身新时代中国特色社会主义事业，各级党委和政府要充分认识发展妇女事业、做好妇女工作的重大意义，依法维护妇女权益。

President Xi Jinping extended festive¹ greetings and best wishes to the country's women of all ethnic² groups and from all walks of life ahead of the International Women's Day, which falls on March 8. 世界的发展需要进入更加平等、包容、可持续的轨道，妇女事业是衡量的重要标尺。保障妇女权益必须上升为国家意志。
