社会主义法治文化建设

中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅近日印发《关于加强社会主义法治文化建设的意见》，确立了社会主义法治文化建设的总体目标和主要任务。意见强调，要加强宪法、民法典等普法宣传力度。

Chinese authorities have released a circular in order to further promote the spirit and cultivate the social atmosphere of socialist¹ rule of law. The circular, jointly² released by the general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council, set goals and introduced requirements for related work. It emphasized the need to boost the public's familiarity with laws and regulations such as the Constitution and the Civil Code.

 

弘扬宪法精神，树立宪法权威，使全体人民都成为社会主义法治的忠实崇尚者、自觉遵守者、坚定捍卫者。

We should promote the spirit of the Constitution, uphold the Constitution's authority, and make efforts to guide all the people to loyally uphold, willingly comply with and firmly safeguard the socialist rule of law.
