Hot Money：国际套利资本

人民币升值问题是最近的热点问题之一，在有关这方面的报道中我们经常可以看到hot money这个词，例如：Chinese central bank governor Zhou Xiaochuan stressed that the Chinese central bank has the capability¹ to sterilize² the liquidity³ impact of inflow of "hot money" with additional monetary-policy instruments.

　　这句话的意思是中国中央银行有能力通过附加的货币政策来避免“热钱”大量流入而带来的影响。所谓“热钱”就是人们对国际套利资本的通俗说法。当人民币汇率预期改善、利率高于外币时，“热钱”会千方百计的流入套利。
