2007年2月6日 苹果电脑结束与披头士乐队商标纠纷

 

披头士乐队(Beatles)昨日结束了与美国苹果公司(Apple)之间的最新商标纠纷，从而为双方之间的一项潜在交易清除了一个障碍。双方若达成协议，披头士乐队的歌曲将有望进入iTunes音乐商店销售。

The Beatles yesterday buried their latest trademark1 dispute with US technology company Apple, removing one of the obstacles to a potential deal that could bring the Fab Four's songs to the iTunes music store.

外界普遍预计双方接下来将会签订数码音乐协议，但披头士乐队和苹果电脑均未对此置评。

The two sides did not comment on whether a digital music deal, which has been widely anticipated, would follow.

不过，Apple Corps2经理尼尔o阿斯皮诺尔(Neil Aspinall)似乎暗示，双方未来可能会建立商业合作关系。Apple Corps是披头士乐队创办的唱片公司。

However, Neil Aspinall, manager of Apple Corps, The Beatles' record company, appeared to hint at the possibility of a future commercial relationship.
