Siemens has identified incidents of apparent bribery¹ at three other divisions as part of its investigations² into an expanding corruption³ scandal, which has focused until now on its telecoms unit, according to people familiar with the investigations.

这家德国工业集团企业去年12月中旬表示，该公司在调查中发现了4.26亿欧元（合5.55亿美元）可疑付款，人们一直以为这些付款只发生在电信部门。

The German industrial conglomerate⁴ said in mid-December that its investigations had found €426m ($555m) in suspicious payments, which until now had been assumed to have taken place only in the telecoms division.

但据说，西门子已确定其中约20%的可疑付款（大约8500万欧元）发生在运输系统、发电和行业应用服务集团(SBS)IT等部门。

But it is said to have identified suspicious payments amounting to about 20 per cent of that figure, about €85m, in the transportation systems, power generation and SBS IT divisions.
