systemically important country 系统重要性国家

China is one of the 25 "systemically important" countries, including France, Italy and Brazil, that have agreed to mandatory¹ assessments² at least once every five years.

 

中国是25个“系统重要性”国家之一，法国、意大利、巴西等国也在此列，这些国家商定每五年至少进行一次强制性（金融系统）评估。

 

文中的"systemically important" countries就是指“系统重要性”国家，相关的词语有：systemically important financial institutions (系统重要性的金融机构)、global systemically important banks（全球系统重要性银行）、systemically important payment systems（系统重要性的支付系统）。

 

这一概念的提出是基于Group of 20, G20(二十国峰会集团)官员考虑将Gross Domestic Product（GDP，国内生产总值）在G20 Total Economic Output（总经济产出）中占比超过5%的国家列为"systemically important" countries （“系统重要性”国家）。而无论使用哪种方法衡量，中国GDP都将超过5%的标准。这与中国是G20这一计划的主要针对目标的普遍看法相吻合。被列入后，将需要在国际相关事务中，负担更多的义务和责任，减免取消相关的优惠、补贴和待遇。
